Felas Group (Pty) Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. Prices displayed do not include VAT.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. We reserve the right to cancel transactions where payment cannot be authorised.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address or upon transfer to a courier.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with:

Felas Group is responsible for sales conducted through this Store. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and Felas Group.
